The self adhesive mats are only 1/8' inch in thickness allowing for easy installation under any type of flooring: wood, tile, lament, marble, carpet, ect. After a quick and simple installation the radiant floor heating begins by warming your floor, then cleanly and efficiently it warms the entire room. Continued energy efficiency is provided by having each room individually controlled, allowing you to heat only the area's you desire at any given time by using an easily programmable thermostat. The electric floor heating system operates on the principle of electrical resistance with the use of high quality cables from DuPont.
About NetMat:
The Netmat offers flexible fiberglass to help arrange the heating cables for a simple installation. The bottom of the fiberglass mesh is adhesive and sticks to the surface of the sub-floor during installation. Additionally, the fiberglass mesh helps to better protect the integrity of the radiant floor heating cables while also stabilizing the floor covering.
About QuickMat:
The Quickmat features flexible aluminum strips which are used to arrange the heating cables in an easily shaped mat. These flexible strips have adhesive strips in the back to better hold the product layout to the surface during, what will prove to be, a simple installation. The Quickmat will leave up to 75% of the surface free, ideal for tile adhesive.
